The Glen Burnie Park Civic Association (GBPCA) is a volunteer-led community organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Glen Burnie Park neighborhood. Membership is open to residents, neighbors, and community supporters who care about keeping our area safe, informed, and connected.
By joining GBPCA, you help strengthen our collective voice, support neighborhood initiatives, and ensure residents have a seat at the table when it comes to local issues and decisions.
GBPCA works to represent and advocate for the interests of the Glen Burnie Park community. A strong civic association depends on engaged residents—and membership is the foundation of that engagement.
As a GBPCA member, you receive:
The ability to vote on civic association matters
A voice in identifying neighborhood priorities and concerns
Opportunities to participate in committees, projects, and events
Membership is open to any adult resident (18+), homeowner or renter of a single family dwelling or duplex, within the Glen Burnie Park area.
All members are expected to support the mission of the civic association and engage respectfully with fellow neighbors.

Membership dues for 2026 (Jan 1 – Dec 31) are $35.00 per household, which includes up to two adult members. Additional adult household residents are $15.00.
Payment by check is preferred. Please make checks payable to GBPCA. You may bring your completed application and payment to any general membership meeting or mail to:

**Cash payments will be accepted in person during membership meetings.
Dues help cover the costs of operating the association and maintaining shared community spaces. This can include:
Maintenance and improvements for the recreation areas
Utilities (if applicable) and Insurance
Community events and programs
Communication tools (printing, website, email, etc.)
Administrative costs
Memberships are renewed annually
Members in good standing may vote at meetings
You will receive meeting notices and community updates
